What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Health and medication data stored in the app
  • Device connection history and settings
  • Usage analytics and progress reports
  • Trigger information and personal notes
  • Notification preferences and schedules

Before You Delete

Please consider the following before proceeding with account deletion:

  • Data Export: Download your health data if you want to keep a personal record
  • Alternative Options: Consider deactivating instead of deleting if you might return
  • Healthcare Continuity: Ensure you have alternative methods for medication tracking
  • Device Pairing: Your smart inhaler device will need to be re-paired if you reinstall the app

  • Request immediate account deletion through the app
  • Choose data retention periods for regulatory compliance
  • Receive confirmation of successful data deletion
  • Export your data before deletion (optional)

Reactivation
